What's For Sale Right Now?

Oh, do we ever have a treat for you. You are going to find a selection of beautiful American made quilts from our personal collections.

While a couple of us were in a quilter’s guild for several years before our interest drifted to buttons, we did learn to quilt and to collect quilts. Most of the quilts you will be viewing are from the 1940s era.

There comes a time in your life when you need to find another home for some of your possessions. Until they sell, they are still within our own linen closets. I promise you; parting with them will be sweet sorrow.

Whether you would like to display them on beds, walls or quilt racks, you will no doubt be reminded of that special lady who created them. Least we never forget that she had a dream, selected a pattern, and then the fabric, began hours of cutting each piece, laying it out before she even picked up her needle and thimble to spend hundreds or maybe thousands of hours to create her magic. When the sun went down, their chores were finished, and the lights were lit, these wonderful works of art emerged. How can we not marvel at these ladies and their beautiful creations?
